This policy explains how Platmark Commercial Group (“Platmark,” “we,” or “us”) handles information collected through platmarkcommercial.com. Brokerage services are provided through eXp Commercial. This policy covers this website; separate notices or agreements may apply to a brokerage engagement.
Information we collect
When you submit our contact form, we collect your first name, last name and email address, along with any phone number, company, service preference or message you choose to provide. If you contact us by email or phone, we receive the information you share. Please do not submit Social Security numbers, account credentials, financial account details or other sensitive information through the form.
Our hosting and security provider, Cloudflare, processes technical information such as IP addresses, requested URLs, request times, browser and device information, and security events to deliver and protect the site. Cloudflare Web Analytics also collects page-view and performance information, such as referring pages, browser/device categories and page-loading times.
How we use and share information
We use information to respond to inquiries, discuss requested services, maintain relevant business records, operate and improve the website, prevent abuse and meet legal obligations. Submitting an inquiry does not subscribe you to a marketing mailing list.
Contact-form submissions are delivered through Cloudflare to our business email, hosted with Google Workspace. Information may be available to service providers supporting those functions and to eXp Commercial or other professionals as needed to handle your requested brokerage services. We may also disclose information when required by law or reasonably necessary to protect rights, safety or the security of our services.
We do not sell information collected through this website or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Cookies, analytics and tracking
We do not use advertising pixels or advertising cookies on this site. Cloudflare Web Analytics does not use cookies or local storage to identify visitors and does not track individuals across its customers’ websites. Cloudflare may use necessary security cookies when protecting the site. Fonts, photographs and videos are served from our own domain.
We do not track your browsing across unrelated websites for advertising, and the site does not change its behavior in response to a browser’s Do Not Track signal. Our providers process the technical information described above. Links to other websites are governed by those websites’ privacy practices.
Retention and security
Inquiry emails and related records may remain in our business systems after the website submission is complete. We retain information as reasonably needed to respond to inquiries, provide requested services and satisfy applicable recordkeeping, legal or dispute-resolution obligations. Provider logs and backups follow their applicable retention settings. We use reasonable safeguards, including HTTPS, but no transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
Your choices and requests
You can choose not to submit the form or leave optional fields blank. To ask about information you have provided, request access, correction or deletion, or raise a privacy concern, email kameron@platmarkcommercial.com or call (949) 433-4228. We may need to verify your identity and may retain information where required or permitted by law. We will handle requests in accordance with applicable law.
The website is intended for commercial real estate business inquiries, not children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Please contact us if you believe a child has provided information.
Changes to this policy
We will post changes on this page and update the effective date. If applicable law requires additional notice of a material change, we will provide it.
