Landlord + Tenant Representation
Represented both landlord and tenant in the lease-up of a vacant Harbor City commercial property, placing Sunbelt Rentals, a national equipment-rental operator, on a 10+ year commitment. The transaction stabilized the asset and reportedly increased property value by 2.8×.
Tenant Representation
Managed Johnson-Lancaster's Los Angeles warehouse relocation from start to finish, securing 22,360 SF at 13700 Van Ness Avenue in Gardena on a five-year lease. The assignment aligned a national foodservice equipment supplier with an industrial facility positioned to support its Southern California operations.
Landlord + Tenant Representation
Represented both landlord and tenant in a long-term lease bringing a Domino's franchisee to an established Lynwood retail strip center. The assignment paired a nationally recognized pizza brand with a neighborhood-serving location while delivering durable occupancy for the ownership.
Landlord Representation
Represented the landlord in securing WSS for a long-term lease along 10th Street West in Palmdale, adding a national credit tenant and recognizable footwear retailer to the property. The assignment strengthened the tenant profile and established durable retail occupancy in a major Antelope Valley corridor.
Tenant Representation
Led tenant representation for three Class-A retail deals supporting Palmetto Superfoods' Southern California expansion: Beverly Hills, Rodeo River Street in San Juan Capistrano, and Canopy at Great Park in Irvine. The work positioned the 20+ unit açaí concept in high-visibility lifestyle and mixed-use destinations across three distinct submarkets.
Seller Representation
Represented the seller in the disposition of a two-property industrial condominium portfolio at 3100 Indian Avenue and 140 Walnut Avenue in Perris. The former machine-shop assets were positioned to local owner-users and sold at above-market owner-user pricing, capturing premium value for specialized industrial space.
Tenant Representation
Managed the Anaheim-to-Jurupa Valley relocation for Multi-Tech Products, a surface-repair specialist founded in 1992 and known for OEM color-matched repair systems used across bath, spa, marine, automotive, and other composite-surface applications. The assignment translated a specialized operating requirement into a new industrial facility strategy.
